Meet the Team

Blow By Blow’s association with Fern Creative began in 1990. Fern Creative, based at Doncaster, formed in 1981 and have helped significantly to develop the use of digital media in education, industry and commerce in the north of England.

Their vastly experienced team film (among many other jobs) the GCSE drama standards video for the examiners of the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance.
In 2006 Fern Creative were named Yorkshire region winners of the Arts In Business Awards, for their role with jazz trombonist Dennis Rollins in the Hothouse Festival Rhythm of Fire Project which involved 1,000 Doncaster schoolchildren.
In the same year they won the Performance through Partnership trophy at the Doncaster Business Awards. The association with Blow By Blow was one of those cited in the submission to the judges.

Blow By Blow  and Fern Creative and have worked together on many projects – not least the “Making It” series which explains to school students the goods and services their own town creates.
Fern Creative have worked in many famous halls as a video and/or presentation crew delivering sets, lights, DVD projection, lecterns, mikes, screens etc.For example: Royal Albert Hall – Docklands Arena – NEC Birmingham – GMEX Manchester.
