CD-ROM for Businesses and Public Bodies
At Blow By Blow we take the view (for the time being!) that many work stations in companies and public offices have a CD drive but still no DVD drive.

(The fact that many of the employees will have superb multi-media PCs at home with DVD drives in them has to be irrelevant for these purposes!)

We reckon that sending out a DVD with promotional content to targets at their work address is chancing it. Better, in our view, to send out a CD to be sure of more play-outs in more target markets.

CDs are cheaper too, and can be more easily authored to contain supporting files….e.g. Word documents, and .pdf files.
